Day passes allow unlimited use of the gym for the remainder of the day.
10× Day Passes may not be shared between multiple users and expire within 1 year of purchase.
A membership allows unlimited access to the gym and includes additional perks such as discounted coffee (£2) and member-only events. For recurring memberships, card details will be required to set up a direct debit and payment will be taken on the first of the month for that month’s membership.

Coaching
We can offer 2 types of coaching; Using regular blocs to help you send your project or using a Our coaching is a little different in that we coach on the mabushi. This allows us to create problems with movements that target your weaknesses.
